Fight Klub

Workout built around a freestanding professional grade punch bag using simple combinations of kicks and punches whilst keeping time with the high energy beat.

Maximum of 40 participants.

13-15 year olds are welcome.

Both classes are Ladies only

Fight Klub Bootcamp

Fight Klub Bootcamp is a mix of strength, teamwork, cardio, boxing circuits and drills combined in a safe and unique way. It is effective in producing great results, whether you are looking at losing weight, getting toned, building strength and endurance or just want to have fun!

Cardio Circuit

Cardio Circuit– 30 minutes of the Ladies Only Circuit being pushed to your limits, using the squares to perform cardio exercises to get that heart beating!

In Just for Women with Julie

Maximum of 20 participants.

Core Attack

15 minute core workout using a variety of exercises and equipment to target and strengthen the tummy.

Bootycise

If you are looking to build the perfect peachy bum then Bootycise is for you!!

Its a strength training and cardiovascular workout that focuses on sculpting and shaping the lower body in all the right places.

The class includes a core building routine to target the abdominal muscles and shape the waistline, to really enhance the appearance of that booty!!

Step HIIT

HIIT-high-intensity interval training. A training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Vibe Cycle

High Energy Indoor Cycling. Taught in the spin room, both classes are a great fun workout, everyone can ride a bike! Each participant is in total control of their own resistance level. It is a fantastic way of getting fit and burning plenty of calories whilst listening to some pretty wicked tunes!!!

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates will improve overall body strength, with the main emphasis on the back and core muscles. It will also help to improve posture, mobility, joint problems and tome the body.

Sunday Bootcamp

This Bootcamp is indoor so the weather will never be an issue! This class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. Equipment based training for maximum calorie burn.

Kettlercise

The single most effective Kettlebell fat burning workout designed to shape and sculpt your body for rapid fat loss & a lean toned body. It’s fun, super quick and super effective!

Guns & Tums

Upper body workout using dumbbells and barbells to intensify each exercise. Each exercise is repeated three times to build muscle and burn fat.

Barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition for a full body workout to the beat of the music.
